FTTH and fiber access

The build changes depending on what you are connecting. A single home, a 200-unit tower, a rural route and a network node do not get the same crew, the same pathway or the same close-out. Pick the one you are working on.

01

Single-Family Units

Street to the side of the house, then into it. Driveways, sidewalks and irrigation stay where they are, because the pathway goes under them instead of through them.

Service

Underground Microduct Installation

Microduct placed from the distribution point to the home, bored under driveways, walks and landscaping so nothing has to be trenched open and put back.

Service

Aerial Microduct Installation

Microduct lashed to existing strand or pole line, built to the clearances and attachment standards the pole owner requires.

Service

Underground Cable Installation

Fiber jetted or pulled through the placed duct to the demarcation point, kept inside bend radius and tension limits the whole run.

Service

Aerial Cable Installation

Drop and distribution cable hung pole to pole or mid-span, with slack storage set where the splice crew will actually need it.

02

Multi-Dwelling Units

Garden apartments, mid-rise and high-rise. Getting to the building is the easy half; getting up the riser and into every unit is the job.

Services to be listed [LIST THE MDU SERVICES — likely building entrance and conduit, riser and vertical pathway, in-unit drops and terminations, MDU splice and patch enclosures, retrofit through occupied buildings. Same card format as Single-Family Units above.]
03

Rural Networks

Long routes, few structures and a lot of ground between them. Footage per day is what decides whether the job makes money.

Services to be listed [LIST THE RURAL SERVICES — likely long-run directional boring, plowing and trenching, highway and waterway crossings, aerial backbone, and mid-span access points. Same card format as Single-Family Units above.]
04

Central Office and Network Nodes

The end of the route, where everything terminates and gets tested. Tight spaces, live equipment and no room for a mistake.

Services to be listed [LIST THE NODE SERVICES — likely cabinet and hut entrance, core drilling and fire stopping, rack and frame terminations, splice and patch build-out, and acceptance testing. Same card format as Single-Family Units above.]
05

Enterprise and LAN

Campuses, warehouses and offices. Building to building outside, riser and horizontal inside, on a schedule that works around the tenant.

Services to be listed [LIST THE ENTERPRISE SERVICES — likely campus and building-to-building runs, inside plant pathway, core drilling and penetrations, fiber and copper terminations, and certification testing. Same card format as Single-Family Units above.]

Across every solution

Whichever segment the job falls in, these six are done by our own crew on our own equipment. Nothing is brokered out and re-marked up, which is why the schedule holds and the close-out package is complete.

01

Directional Drilling

Road, driveway and canal crossings without cutting the surface.

02

Conduit & Duct Bank

HDPE and PVC placement, handholes, vaults and concrete encasement.

03

Fiber Jetting & Pulling

Air-assisted placement through new or existing duct, to carrier spec.

04

Fusion Splicing

Ribbon and single-fiber splicing, terminations and closures.

05

OTDR & As-Builts

Bi-directional testing, loss budgets and redline drawings on close-out.

06

Concrete Coring

Wall and slab penetrations, wet-cored, sealed and patched.

What you get at close-out

Every job ends with the same package, whether it is one drop or a full subdivision backbone. Your inspector, your carrier and your lender all ask for the same four things, so we build them as we go instead of reconstructing them afterward.

01

Bi-directional OTDR traces

Every span, every wavelength required, with the event table.

02

Loss budget

Measured loss against the design budget, span by span.

03

Redlined as-builts

Bore profiles, depths, structure locations and route changes marked.

04

Permit and locate records

811 tickets, permit close-outs and daily MOT records.
